visio 2003 - how do I get the database modeling features

I've got some database modeling features on a version of Vision 2000 at
home, but can't figure out how to get them on v.2003 (I think that's the
number) at work.

Is this a download, or a buy thing?

by the way the forward engineering version comes with visual studio
enterprise architect edition

My personal version came from an MSDN subscription, so I guess that's
the pro version.
