Visio 2003 Launch autostarts 20+ non related apps

I have tracked this down to what I think is a Add-Ons
issue that auto launch when I start visio. When I look
in the Add-Ons list I see items that I think are the
setup and othe .exe's that are loading, but I can't find
how to get remove them

Could you provide more information about what you are seeing and where?
Visio makes heavy use of add-ons. There are dozens that ship with the
product and provide much of the functionality you use in Visio. There is
some difference between Visio 2003 and earlier versions about how add-ons
work, but generally add-ons do not get loaded until they are needed.
