The menu bar at the top of my screen seems to have got duplicated i.e. 2
File, Edit, View etc. also I can no longer expand and use the a function with
the ALT keyboard shortcuts

Close Visio and delete the file C:/Documents and Settings/{user}/Application
Data/Microsoft/Visio/custom11.vsu
