Visio 2003 Org Chart wizard problem

I previously used the wizard in an older version of Visio to create an org
chart from the Exchange database. ( it worked great) I now have Visio 2003
Pro and it only displays two employees for a manager. I’ve tried setting it
for automatic and 8 levels with the same results. If I look in Outlook
address book at a manager's properties I can see all of the direct reports
and if I look at the direct reports I can see the managers. What setting am
I missing to see the others?

I seem to remember a similar problem I ran across when testing the Wizard
with Active Directory. There was a setting in AD that limited the number of
objects returned in response to a query and I was exceeding that limit,
causing only part of the organization to be returned. You may be
encountering something similar. Unfortunately I dont recall how I found or
changed the limit but I do know that it was in Active Directory.

Thanks I'll poke around in AD for a limit. Why do the people running Visio
2002 see all of the reports? It is only Visio 2003 that has the problem.

If Visio 2002 users are seeing all the reports then it may be a different
problem. The wizard uses MAPI to access Exchange and I honestly don't know
if there were any significant changes in that area between 2002 and 2003.
Worth looking into though.
