Visio 2003 Printing issue

Hello all,

I am currently receiving symbols as opposed to text whenever I try to print
a visio 2003 document using the Palatino Linotype font. I have tried
printing using visio 2003 sp1 as well with no better results. Is this a
known issue when trying to print using this font?

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks!
