Visio 2003 Shapes

I've been using Visio for years - I find new applications for it at every new
job. I work for a Management Company managing Hotels and Restaurants. It
would really be helpful to have Restaurant Floor Plans Shapes (booths,
counters, wait stations, etc.) so that I can create a "section" floor plan
for waitstaff that can be changed whenever the floor plan changes

Thank you John - I realize that I'm not an advanced user of Visio - I am the
common worker-bee who has found Visio useful for my specific lines of work.
I am not a graphic designer, nor am I a computer programmer, nor do I write
or understand code. Although I have used this program to create
communication schematics, and layouts for several major Las Vegas Casino
floors, I now use this program to create hotel and restaurant diagrams that
are needed by my 11 different properties. I checked out the three links that
you provided, but there was nothing that was useful to me (nor, I'll bet, to
most people). Please realize that not everyone uses this program for such
advanced applications, and tho "Visio is not limited to the shapes it
provides", one of the reasons I purchased this product [again] was because
of "the shapes it provides", and the ease of use for the common,
less-advanced user. If my request was too 'simple', please allow me to
apologize now. In my line of work, no question would ever be answered in
such a trite and demeaning fashion, however, I do appreciate you giving me an
answer.

There is nothing to apologize for. I have used Visio since 93 and know that
there is no typical Visio user. One of the things that got me hooked on
Visio was that you were not limited by what shapes Visio supplied. The web
page www.mvps.org/visio/3rdparty.htm was created to show Visio users what
was possible and to provide an extended source of shapes for those who are
not comfortable with creating shapes.

I have seen some stencils for banquet layouts, but they were mainly a
collection of circles and rectangles for tables. I have not seen any
stencils that contain booths, but it should not be too hard to create a
rectangular or circular booth, all that is required is more detail on the
number of seats and the table size.

Do you have existing drawings that can be used as a guideline? These can be
used as a starting point for creating the shapes.

If you need assistance, I'll gladly help, but with holidays approaching I
can not guarantee a speedy response. My contact information can be obtained
