An error message is presented when attempting to open older VSD files.
"An error (124) occurred during the action Open File"
"This file contains too many objects to convert back to the earlier format.
Please simplify it and try again."
....... The installation of SP3 prevents opening the file (thus preventing
simplification). No problem opening the file with Visio 2003 SP2 or Visio
2007.
