Visio 2003 - "Template Help" appears automatically. I don't want i

Every time I create a new document, the "template help" pane appears
automatically at the right hand side. I wish to discourage this as it
restricts the amount of screen space available.

Any ideas?

menu Tools -> Options
Show -> Startup Task pane - set to off

It's a shame that with the browser window set to a certain size the
template help pane is completely covered by the blog navigation column
and there is no ability to scroll to see the whole image.
