Visio 2003 when opened from CITRIX

When i open the Visio file from my computer, it works fine.
However, when i try to open the same file from CITRIX, i get the following
error
"an unhandled win32 exception occurred in VISIO.EXE"

Also this error is not seen frequently, sometimes it occurs, sometimes it
doesn't.
It also doesnt occur for everyone who uses CITRIX, this is found only on
some computers.


What could be the reason?

Since visio is not running on the workstation in a Citrix environment, but
rather it is running on the server you just get to watch it on the
workstation, you should probably be focusing on how it was installed on the
server. By your own testing you've demonstrated that it works corrrectly in
the environment it was designed for (single user on a single system).
