just recently when working in visio 2003, my screen would freeze whenever i
use the zoom option. this has not happen before, how can i clarify this
problem.

Have you made any changes to your video hardware or settings recently,
new screen size or resolution?
Does it happen all the time now?
Go to your display settings (Control panel or various other ways) and
reduce any hardware acceleration.
