Visio 2007 producer SQL to create database?

Using Vision 2000, would like to upgrade to Visio 2007. Does 2007 produce
database SQL to create a database from a database diagram? This ability is
available in Visio 2000 but someone told me this is no longer is available in
Visio that I need to purchase Visual Studio to get that. Can someone confirm
whether this is correct or can Visio 2007 produce the required SQL.

the edition of visio that performs forward engineering of databases comes
with the visual studio enterprise architect product and is not separately
orderable.
