I am having some challenges getting ShapeStudio to work on Visio 2007. I
downloaded the Visio 2007 SDK and installed it. I have run the script on my
local installation of SQL Express and created the database. When I open Visio
and select Tools | Add Ons | SDK | ShapeStudio, I am presented with a data
page. I'm given the option of adding a new one. When I try to add, I'm told
that I don't have administrative privileges. I walk through the process - I
have a DSN, I just can't access it.
Please advise how to fix this so that I can start working with this tool.
I'm running Windows Vista SP1. Other than that, it's a very plain vanilla
installation.
