visio 2007

How can I change default print settings in visio 2007 so I don't have to
change page setup everytime I want to print. The printer settings are ok but
when I want to print, the page has different setting (page size A4 and the
printer have page size letter). I can can change the page setting but when I
want to print another page the page settings aren't changed.It's very
annoying to have to change the page settings all the time. I want to mention
that I'm logging in as a user.

Hi Adrian,

You can change the default settings for your printer under Control
Panel, if it makes sense for your other applications to have A4 paper too.

Or, start a blank drawing of the type you do often, change the printer
and page settings, then save this as a template (.vst).

Now when you start a drawing, begin with your new template!
