Visio 2010 setup error

I just download the latest Visio 2010 file from Technet. When I run the
setup, first ask for the Key, then I press Install Now, start for about a
minute and then hung with a error "Microsoft Visio Premium 2010 encountered
and error during setup".
In the setup.log I found this.
LIS: wait for package "{90140000-0115-0409-1000-0000000FF1CE}" to complete
caching
Error: Fail to get download "{90140000-0115-0409-1000-0000000FF1CE}-C"
resource "branding.xml" info: cannot get download resource status. Error
code: 0x800706ba HResult: 0x800706ba.

Could any one help me with this error?

According the error code there is a problem connecting to the server or the
data is corrupt. My guess is there is an issue with your install source. Are
you running into any issue during the download process? Does TechNet require
you to using an ISO image to install the product?

I will try to download again from Technet using the Akamia Transfer Tool. It
suposed to check integrity but I will try again.

Still having the same problem.
The platforma is Windows 7 Enterprise X64 and the installation of Visio 2010
and Project 2010 are both 64 bits also.
I have installed correctly Office 2010 X64 in this machine.
Any one can help me with this?

Juan, are you downloading and installing the beta version of Visio 2010?

James, actually I solved the problem.
I was trying to install the final version that was posted in April 22 on
Technet.
The solution was to deactivated the McAfee Antivirus and after that the
installation was successful.

Thanks for let me know I will make note of this error message for future
issues. I am told most of the time if the anti-virus application is causing
the issue there is no error message.
