Visio 5 Files -- opening them in Visio 2002

I have a user that indicates when she opens old Visio V5
drawings that the font will change from 10 to 12 points
also the arrows will be mixed up for some reason. Did not
see anything in tech db, just curious if anyone has seen
this?
