Visio "Azure"?

Does this thing (or plans on this thing) exist in any form?
Of course the form of "a frozen corpse in the outer space" (c) does
not count :)
I mean, has microsoft any plans of bringing Visio into "Cloud"? When
migh it happen? Will it still support plugins? What kind of plugins?

Any references are greatly appreciated.

I understand the desire to get a little ahead of the rest. Unfortunately it
is rare for MS to discuss what is coming down the road in the way of futures
for specific products, since features can (and do) fall out of plan. We're
just going to have to wait and see what is going to happen.
