visio.chm error

We are running Windows XP and IE 6.0. When opening the
help document, visio.chm, with Visio 2002, we get an
error method that the "object doesn't support this method
or property...". When debugging the script, we see that
it's failing on "javascript:hhctrl.Click()". We verified
that the hhctrl.ocx file is installed and registered
correctly. The version of the OCX file we are using is
5.6. We also tried version 5.1 which was supplied on the
Visio installation disk, but still received the same
error. Can anyone help us out with this error? Let me
know if you need additional information.
