In Visio, if you open the Size and Position window and click a property that
has a combo box, if the window is narrowly sized the combo box is totally
useless as you can't make head nor tail of the options.
A better idea instead, would be to allow the combo box's options to float
below with a width determined by their maximum content length - not the width
of the properties floater.
