Visio connector does not snap/connect

I can't get the dependency (or generalization, etc.) connector to connect to
my class shapes. It used to work, but now when I drag the ends over the
shapes they don't highlight, and if I just try to release it over a
connection point it doesn't connect. I tried repairing Visio but it didn't
help. I can connect shapes in a new drawing so it seems like something
happened with this drawing, or Visio can't handle it (which would be sad,
because it's not that big). Does anyone have an idea how I can repair my
drawing or have Visio write the file out into a good drawing that will work?
I'd rather not redo the drawing from scratch as it is probably 8+ hours of
work that has not been backed up.

I am using Visio for Enterprise Architects that came with VS.Net 2003
Enterprise Architect (10.0.5110).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Check Tools -> Snap & Glue settings for the document,
"Glue" should be tagged.

Thanks, that fixed it. I don't know how that got unchecked, because I
certainly didn't open the dialog and do it. If I hit some key combination
that did it, you'd think there would be some kind of on-screen confirmation.

Thanks Again,
Brian
