Of the hundreds of customers using our COM add-in, a handful are experiencing
a 100% reproducible problem. If they exit Visio when a drawing based on the
add-in is open, Visio crashes (the usual "do you wish to send this report to
Microsoft" dialog). However, if they close all add-in drawings first, then
exit Visio, everything closes normally.
We've put debug code into our add-in and it appears to be completely closed
and out of the way before Visio crashes -- but it still crashes.
All affected customers are using Visio 2003 SP2 and I believe all are
running WinXP (there might be a Win2000 user among them, I don't recall).
