Visio crashes on exit with bucketID:1027257311

Good Day,

I have Visio 2007 SP1 installed on a Vista ultimate SP1 system and when ever
I exit the program it crashes with a crash report that is sent. There is no
information about the crash or why.

Fault Modul Name: ntdll.dll
fault modul version: 6.0.6001.18000

locale ID: 1033

IF anybody has any idea why this is happening or if there is a fix out there
please let me know as it is really annoying have a new system and a MS app
crashes in a MS OS

The system is new with hardly anything on it but MS Software. There is a
antivirus program but I have used this with all my ohter apps.

Hello Adam this looks like a known issue which is caused by an add-on.

Visio 2007 crashes or the Visio.exe process is still running after you exit

Hi James,

That is the funny part this is a clean install with nothing installed buy
other Office products. I will look and see if there are any Add-ons
installed.

What was the cause?

It looks like I had a ad on from my bluetooth device so I disabled it.
