Visio crashing when starting by double-clicking on vsd file or with Alt-Tab

Vision 2000 SR1 (6.1.1023)

When Visio is started by double clicking on a vsd file, or
when the current program is changed from Visio to an other
program, then it crashes with the usual message :
"Visio32.exe has generated errors and
will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the
program. An error log is being created."

Drwatson.log file is available.

Note that it is a French installation.
This roblem occured after installation of UML extension
(in French + English).
