Visio - Custom configured toolbars contstantly reset in Win Vista

Can anyone tell me why Visio Pro 2003, toolbar configuratioin is lost almost
everytime I leave Visio?

I add Shape Operations to one of the existing toolbars or even create my
own. When I reopen Vision, they are reset to the default.

I am using Windows Vista - Home Premium. It sure seems it is tied to this
operating system.

Thanks

This has typically been caused by Adobe Acrobat Reader. Try disabling the
PDFMaker add-on for Acrobat or upgrade to a newer version of Acrobat that
may correct the problem.

Mark,

I can't thank you enough. Even after your post, it took a great deal of
time trying to disable Acrobat (by the way, it was the Adobe Creative Suite,
Acrobat Pro that caused my problem. It makes you wonder what form of QA
Adobe performs on its products.)

I tried to delete the PDFVisio file and when I opened Visio, Adobe kept
reinstalling it. Eventuall, I just uninstalled the Acrobat Pro. I will try
a new version later, but what a pain.

Thanks again!
