VISIO Database diagram very slow

Hello,

I have created a database diagram of a Oracle DB using Visio 2003 Prof.
Changing relationships in the diagram takes very much time (1/2 min). This
problem is metioned several times in this forum but no helpful answer has
been given yet.
Older version did not have this problem.

My PC has a 2.6 Ghz CPU with 1 GB RAM (should be enough)

The next version will address this problem. The problem is in the rendering
of changes in properties (of tables, columns, etc). One workaround is doing
most of your editing of the properties without any graphical drawing, and
then layout your drawing once you are done with the editing of the
properties.

this problem?
Talking about the workaround that you said below, please, how can I do this?
Is there any kind of configuration of Visio interface?
