I am using Visio 2003 for Enterprise Architects. Visio
often crashes when opening the Find Shape pane. It
doesn't actually crash, the window goes away, but the
process is still running and the only thing I can do is
end the process. On the occasion that I am able to open
the Find Shape pane, it sometimes crashes after
attempting a search. Also, if I had saved the drawing
with that pane open, Visio immediately crashes when I try
to reopen the document. The only way for me to open the
document once it is in that state is to have a coworker
open it (they are using the same version as I) and close
the Find Shape pane and resave it. So, why is this
happening to me when others are using the exact same
version on the exact same platform? Any ideas? Thanks.
