Visio for Enterprise Architects MSDN Disc: Beta or not?

I have a CD in my MSDN Universal Subscription labeled in the following way:

Visio for Enterprise Architects 2003,
Visual Studio Tools for Office Beta Edition
English / Disc 2084 / May 2003


Is this disk a beta? It appears to be a release version of Visio for EA in
"Help/About",
but the title of the disc initially caused me to throw it in the "beta
pile".
