Visio For Enterprise Architects

Hi Guys,
I work for a company that resells software to schools, and I have been asked
by one of my customers how to obtain a Visio for enterprise Architects, this
seems to be a plug-in for Viso 2003. Can anyone tell me where my customer can
get hold of this?
