Visio help files go missing

I am experiencing an annoying problem with the Help
files. I go into the Help files and only see information
on the Contents tab. The Answer Wizard and Index tabs are
there, but there is nothing showing on them. The Detect
and Repair feature can be used to restore the missing
information on the 2 tabs.
Can anyone help in identifying why the information goes
AWOL ?
