Visio internal error 3413

I've seen several posts regarding this error but not any solutions. Has
anyone found one? Situation:
user logs onto Win 2003 Terminal Server using Remote Desktop Connection.
Opens a Visio file then does a Save As to save it to thier local hard drive
(redirected using RDC)
Receives error Visio internal error 3414
Action 1005: Save As
First try closing and reopening the file. Next try restarting Visio

Any ideas??

I encountered this issue and kept finding posts like yours with no answer.

I don't know if this is THE solution, but I discovered my file pathway was too long. I moved the Visio file up one sub-folder and it opened with no issues.
