Visio Newbie?

I have the task of creating a virutal org chart. I have a department org
chart in Visio. However, I need to be able to click on a position and have a
text box pop up with individuals responsibilities. Is this something I can
do in Visio. I tried using the comment but some text is not editable with a
comment. Can someone please help me with this? thank you very much.

Hi,

Try to enter formula in each "Char.Size" cell of the shape inside the group.
For example GUARD(Height*0.5).

You can add Custom Properties to the Org Chart shapes, but you will need to
add the same property to multiple masters if you want consistency.
Custom Properties can hold 64k characters (including CRLF) but you only have
a single line editor by default. However, you can copy and paste large text
from, say, Notepad, if you don't want to write your own UI.
