Visio odd behavior with print spooler, database diagrams and 64 bi

There current is and issue that has been in the visio product line since the
first version and it continues to go unfixed. Basicly when you attempt to
create a new database diagram or opening an existing diagram in Visio on a
64bit version of windows, Visio deadlocks. Stopping the print spooler and
then opening or creating the document will make it work. You are then able to
start the print spooler after this.

I can't be the only one having this problem. It happens on all of our
development machines at my office.
