Visio on a server some multiple people can use?

visio, like other office apps, can be installed on a server with the
necessary licensing configuration. however feedback from other users usually
doesn't reflect satisfaction with performance.

So putting it on each individual workstation would be better. Just trying to
see if there is a way to cut the cost.

visio (like some cad / graphics packages) can be pretty intense in it's use
of system resources. Citrix/RDP implementations weren't intended for heavy
duty graphics so the servers can get bogged down. Local implementations for
some of the more intense applications can also require memory upgrades (as a
caution).
