I am getting the error message "cannot read names in file" when I am in
Vision Org Chart Wizard and have selected my excel file.

You should also name the range that the data occupies.

How did you organize your Excel file?

The easiest way is to start the wizard, create a dummy orgchart and save it
to Excel. Then edit that file and cut and paste your information.
