Visio organization chart menu

Is there any way to view the Organization Chart menu when editing a Visio
2002 drawing file? I have an org chart that I want to edit and I want the
Org Chart menu to pop up, but it never does. It only pops up when I am
creating a new file with the wizard. Well, I don't want to create a new file
- - I want to edit the one I already have. Any ideas???

I am using Pro 2003 SP2.
