Visio & PILGRIM (pdf)

Hello,

We would like to use PILGRIM as a document management system for our
processflows made in Visio. But PILGRIM convert every Visio drawing
into a pdf. So it is impossible to use layers or hyperlinks or even
tabs.
Do somebody have some more specific information with respect to the
integration of both?
A second question: do somebody have experience with linking activities
in MS Visio with the documents who are already a pdf in Pilgrim?
