In using Visio and starting out a new drawing, the tool cannot find the
library or template called "basic shapes", either metric or english units.
This appears to be an oversight. I have a drawing with that template in it,
and I repeatedly have to copy it to make a new drawing. How it ever got this
template I have no idea.
