visio stops working in Vista

Visio 2003 stops working each time under Vista. I tried the following
suggestions already (found in the newsgroups) :
- repare Visio software
- removed add onns

Just openening a visio file and closing it lets crash visio (without adding
components or printing something...)

Is anyone has another solution ? Nothing can be found on the internet to
solve this...
(i had the same problem with excel 2003 too under vista,
but a registry fixed that problem). Is an registry existing for vista too?
or is their another workaround ?

Do you happen to have Bluetooth running on that PC? There have been reports
of crash on close related to the Bluetooth driver.

Glad I saw this response Mark - you've actually solved my query posted 7/4/07
re. Rogue processes. I turned disabled Bluetooth on my HP laptop and Visio no
longer chews up 50% of my processor, nor does it leave rogue processes behind
after I close the program.

Cheers, Gerald.

Are you checking in Visio under....

Tools
Trust Center
Add-ins
select COM Add-ins
click Go?

You can uncheck the add-in there.
