I am trying to design our new offices in Visio. The space we have allowed is
58' x 36'. The template in Visio is set at 22' x 17'. Is there any way that I
can change the dimensions of the template in Visio so I know that I am
working with the exact dimensions.

menu Page Setup -> Drawing Scale
and adjust the page scale to get the page sise in measurement units
you require.
