I am using Visio 2003. I am trying to create an ER Diagram. The directions
tell me to point to Database and go from there. However, on the list of
types of diagrams I can make, database is not listed there. Any suggestions?

These diagrams are in Visio Professional, I expect you have Visio Standard.
