Can I outline 5 text boxes (all lined up above each other) to look as one box?
J John Goldsmith \(Visio MVP\) Jan 8, 2009 #2 Hello Lori, Try selecting all of the textboxes, aligning them as required then (with them all selected) press Format / Line... and choose a pattern of 'None'. Then either Shape / Grouping / Group or draw another rectangle around them and set the line format as above. Hope that helps.
