Visio VBA Add-In Analogue to the Excel XLAM

I'd like to create a Visio add-in for set of VBA utilities I've
written for personal use. I'm not a programmer so would prefer a
solution analogous the the Excel XLAM add-in model.

Is there a way to do that using VBA in Excel?
