Visio Viewer in IE

I have Visio Viewer 2007 installed. When I open up a visio diagram stored
on my local drive, it opens IE (which it should) but instead of just viewing
the file, I get the message 'this website wants to run the following add-on:
Microsoft Visio Viewer' from Microsoft Corporation'...

I can I have it trust the viewer add on always so it just opens the file and
not give me the warning everytime.
