Visio Viewer Problem

Hi All,

I installed Visio Viewer 2003 but I found that vvewer.dll ( Microsoft Visio
Document ActiveX Control ) cannot be loaded in Internet Explorer when I open
Visio file ( I accepted to run activeX ). but It can work if the visio file
is embedded in a HTM file !

How can I fix the problem ?
