Visio Viewer

Can visio viewer be set up to refresh data to a data base on open. I want
the end user to have current info without access to Visio and being able to
change anything.

Visio Viewer does just that.. You pass it a visio drawing created/stored
elsewhere so that people without Visio can examine it. You can embed it in
web pages with server side create or add it to sharepoint sites where the
drawings are created as needed.

Sorry, Al, you misunderstood the request....
The Visio Viewer does NOT refresh the diagram from a linked database on
open.
Ken could have a workstation with Visio open ( invisibly if so desired) all
the time saving the document after a refresh from the database.
