VISIO2002

I am creating a VISIO 2002 workflow diagram. In the
bottom page of the diagram I created a Hyperlink Button
labeled "FAQ". When I click this hyperlink button I would
like to display a three pages Microsoft Word document that
has written information about the diagram. When I clicked
the hyperlink button, I can display the three pages
Microsoft Word document. I did that by using the
Hyperlink option available under "INSERT". I can scroll
down and up the document as I need it. After I am done
reading the three pages Microsoft Word document, I would
like to go back to the original diagram (this is the
diagram from where a called the MS Word document. So far,
when I close the MS Word document I am not going back to
the original diagram.

Would you please help me.

Thanks,
EMZ

I tried that. It worked the first time I went from the
VISIO 2002 hyperlink button to the MS Word document and
back to the VISIO 2002 diagram, however, when I tried to
go back (a second time)to the MS Word document from the
VISIO 2002 hyperlink button I can not make the MS Word
document to dipslay a second time.

Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks.

In the Visio drawing, are you right-clicking the hyperlink? You will find
that when creating the hyperlink in Visio, it adds the target (Word) file to
the right-click context menu.

Sorry for the delay in replying - we had a long weekend in Melbourne for the
greatest horse race in the world - the Melbourne Cup. The only city in the
world with a public holiday for a horse race - the horse race that stops a
nation!
