Visio2003 Installation Error: File SKU151.CAB could not be found

Hi

When I start Visio2003 it gives this error message. Installation Error: File
SKU151.CAB could not be found.
This file cannot be found from installation CD, so where I could get it.or
how to get workaround for this problem?

Visio2003 works OK, if I click installation Cancel button
