Vision failure when trying to launch the program

I have jsut installed Vision on a Windows 98 second
edition computer. When launching Vision I receive an
invalid page fault from GDIPLUS.DLL. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled Visio which did not solve the problem. I
would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
