Visio's not remembering toolbar customizations, or new toolbars.

Hello. I saw a similar post from today about Visio not remembering
custom-made toolbars. I'm having the same problem, but it goes beyond that:
Visio's not remembering customizations I make to the existing toolbars, such
as if I add different zoom levels.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I'm using Visio 2003 SR2.
