VISLIB.DLL Exception

For whatever reasons, I now cannot compile VB6.0 exe's without incurring a
fatal exception generated by VISLIB.DLL. I have other development boxes that
do not exhibit this problem. What do I need to do to fix this?

I did a repair to my Visio environment and it cleared up the problem.
