Viso 2007 Annotation Shape

The text bracket on Vision 2007 annotations seems to be fixed on the left
side of the text. I would like the text bracket to switch to the right side
of the text when I grab and hold the endpoint of the connector and move it to
the right side of the text block. This is the way it worked in Vision 2003.

I'm using Visio 2007 (12.0.4518.1014).
